Frequently asked questions
Questions about free dream reflection
Is nono Dream free?
Yes. Dream readings and follow-up conversations are free. There are no plans, top-ups, subscriptions, or payment gates.
Can I use it without signing in?
Yes. Refreshing or closing the page clears the guest draft and conversation. After about 30 minutes without a successful response, the temporary session can expire and stop accepting follow-ups; this does not automatically erase text already on screen. Sign in before starting a new conversation if you want saved history.
How does the six-lens method work?
The report separates personal context, sleep and cognition, Western psychodynamic ideas, Jungian symbolism, Chinese cultural tradition, and Eastern philosophy. Each is a hypothesis with uncertainty, not a verdict.
Can I keep asking follow-up questions?
Yes. There is no fixed question-count limit or fee for continuing the same conversation. Fair-use, rate, safety, context-size and temporary guest-session limits still apply.
Is this medical advice or a prediction?
No. It is reflective material, not medical or psychological diagnosis, and it does not predict the future. Use professional or emergency services for real-world health and safety needs.
What happens to my dream text?
The AI provider processes input needed to generate a response; we do not promise the provider never stores or accesses it. Guest conversations are not saved as history in the product database. The page keeps your conversation in memory until refresh or close. Signed-in content may be saved to the account. See Privacy for controls and retention.
Which languages are supported?
The public experience supports English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, including the main reading flow and public guidance.
Who can use nono Dream?
The service is for adults 18 and older. It is not designed for children, and safety controls may pause harmful or crisis-related content.
Does media creation always work?
Image and video creation is temporarily unavailable. Dream readings and follow-up conversations remain free.
